No Kit provided by VIRTUAL EDUCATION STATION, LLC dba LITTLE STEM ACADEMY is intended for children under the age of three (3) or for use without the supervision of a responsible and vigilant adult.
Under no circumstances should a child be left unsupervised with any materials from the Kit. By purchasing the Kit, you, the parents or guardians of the child (hereafter referred to as "you"), explicitly acknowledge and agree to provide continuous supervision for the child (under the age of 18) throughout the entire experiment. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that you will use the Kit's materials strictly according to the provided instructions.
The materials within the Kit are designed for experimentation purposes and are not toys or intended for recreational play.

In no event should the child be left alone with any materials mentioned or provided in STEM Products. By you, parent or guardian of the child (hereafter “you”), purchasing STEM Products, you expressly acknowledge and agree to ensure that the child (under the age of 18) is supervised during the entirety of the experiment. You further expressly acknowledge and agree that you will use the materials of the STEM Products as directed by the instructions therein.
